Setting a Default Folder for the Media Library
Folderlyzer makes it easy to control what you see first when opening the WordPress Media Library. Instead of always starting from All Files, you can configure a Default Startup Folder or continue where you left off.
⚙️ How to Set a Default Folder
Click on the Settings icon in the Folderlyzer toolbar (⚙️).
In the Folderlyzer Home Media Settings popup, you will see the following options:
Select a Default Startup Folder
Choose a specific folder that will automatically open each time you visit the Media Library.Previous Folder Selected
Enable this option if you prefer Folderlyzer to remember the last folder you accessed and open it automatically on your next visit.Auto Sort Files By
Define your preferred default sorting method (e.g., Name Ascending, Date Added, File Size).
Click Save to apply your settings.
